1. Automatically generated website visitor information
We collect information and data that is automatically transmitted or generated by your browser each time you visit our website. Such information includes the IP address, the URLs of the site you visited before accessing our website (“referrer”), the browser used, the browser language, the operating system and user interface, the access device used, date and time of your access, the pages viewed on our website, and the time you spend on the website. Such data is stored for a period of 14 months and deleted automatically thereafter. Legal basis for the processing of such log data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our following legitimate interest:
- to facilitate your access to and visit of the website,
- to improve our website and services and adapt them to the needs of our users,

2. Data processing related to the use of the online shop
We collect personal data voluntarily provided by you when you place an order or contact us (e.g. via the contact form or by e-mail). Mandatory data is required to fulfil the agreement or to process your inquiry. If you decide to open a user account we use your data for the purposes of creating the account. We use the data you provide to fulfil the agreement and process your inquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Upon fulfilment of the agreement or deletion of your user account we delete your data upon expiration of the retention periods under tax and commerce law. You can delete your user account at any time by sending us an e-mail to the e-mail address stated above.
To fulfil the agreement pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR we provide your data to the shipping provider, to the extent such data is required for shipping purposes.
If you have registered for our newsletter on our website, we use the contact data you provided to send you our e-mail newsletter with information about our offers. We may personalize the mailings based on your interest or articles you bought.
You may withdraw your consent to the receipt of the newsletter at any time and without costs, e.g. by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the unsubscribe link included in our mailings.
The data processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Upon withdrawal or unsubscription we delete your contact data, unless we keep your data for different purposes (e.g. as part of your customer account or after a sale due to retention periods prescribed by tax law, see above).

6. Data recipients
We may use third party service providers, and disclose to such service providers personal data as required for the provision of the services. We use in particular technical service providers for the hosting and operation of the website and to send newsletters, inventory management and fulfilment and invoicing. These service providers are obliged to use personal data solely on our behalf and not for their own purposes. They are obliged to keep the data confidential.
